Yosia Sugialam

Yosia is a Co-Founder / CTO at Paper.id, a leading Invoicing & Payment SaaS platform in Indonesia. Prior to co-founding Paper.id, he was actively helping various medium-sized companies implementing various tech projects and involved in several startups. His experience and his studies in both Computer Science in UCLA and MBA in LMU have shaped his perspectives on what a good tech product should be like Well-designed, employ High-Quality Tech, and Fit Customer Needs. Because of those reasons, you will often find him spend most of his time collaborating with the UI UX team, Tech Team, or hanging around with Paper.id’s SME users. An avid reader and enthusiastic learner, he believes that improving oneself by learning and trying to make his teams do the same, will be key to deliver continuously improved service quality to his users.
