Reza Novriansyah (Eja) is the Head of Interaction Design of Gojek. Eja has been joining Gojek since the App Version 1.0, circa 2015. Besides managing the Interaction Design Team, he is also one of the vital contributors & creators of Gojek’s first Design System; Asphalt. He is part of the design system team that focused on building, maintaining & scaling Asphalt to increase efficiency and create consistent experiences for the product across the Gojek App at a system level. Eja obtained his Art Bachelor’s degree from Jakarta Institute of the Arts. He enjoys film-photography, layout-ing plants, and pieces of stuff on his house. But the most favorite is playing guitar and sings along with his daughter on the weekend!
