Kaia Lai joined Grab in 2017 to develop and scale the regional product marketing function at Grab. Today, she leads a team which drives value proposition design, positioning and go to market strategy for the consumer, driver and merchant product suites focusing on food and grocery delivery, transport, digital goods and many of the company’s new bets.
