Elroy Y. Setiabudi

Elroy is a Tech Enthusiast. He started his tech journey as an Android Engineer. Being passionate about this, he moved and experienced multi-fields in product development, such as: UX Designer, Product Manager, and also Backend Engineer.

He graduated from Universitas Pelita Harapan majoring in Informatics, with Magna Cumlaude honor, and also scholarships.

He is currently taking up role as the Tech Lead and Android Lead at Style Theory. They are on mission to revolutionize fashion consumption through sharing, and to build a smarter and more sustainable future. It is currently Southeast Asia’s largest and fastest growing Fashion Rental platform. Style Theory is unlimited wardrobe that ready to solve women’s old complaints of ‘have-nothing-to-wear’!

Apart from being an Enthusiast in Tech, Elroy also has a very deep interest in leadership and psychology. He believes that these things are vitally important in being a person, which are also tightly related with professional career performance. Elroy has strong enthusiasm for coaching, empowering, and building people to become great leaders.
