For the past several years, Edwin has focused on how to transform the words on our apps so they sound clear to you, comforting, problem-solving, and, most of all, speak in a way that’s naturally human. Take GO-PAY, for example, it’s his ultimate role to ensure the words depict Indonesians’ typical behaviors as well as reflect GOJEK’s brand personality. And by that he means conversational.
